Everything was as stated!
Nothing major but for dog fence was low. I feel should be a 4 foot,so dog cannot jump over. Things were very clean and it was quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and Entertainment were very close to get to.
Place definitely gets the job done with good accommodations and necessary amenities for an extended stay. But it should be noted that the tile flooring was cracked throughout the kitchen and hallway, and some of the grout was loose and shifting in between tiles. Having access to the washer and dryer was also a big plus. The location was convenient with plenty of things nearby. The home had everything we needed for our stay. One thing to note is that the bedrooms did get a little warm at night with the doors closed, but overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by the host.

Stay was great, easy to find, perfect location for our needs. We had an issue the first night with the TV but John was super responsive and was fixed! Overall great stay!

Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Great communication with the host. We had off street parking for 2 vehicles and n street parking was available as well. Big kitchen to cook in.
Fantastic stay from start to finish. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, the space was comfortable, and the host made everything seamless with great communication. One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend it to future guests.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Primrose Manor! We had breakfast at Baby’s nearby and were minutes away from the Monon Trail. There are grocery stores nearby and the neighborhood felt safe - even at night. The house was cozy and felt like home away from home. Those king beds are incredibly comfortable. Would stay there again! Thank you for hosting us Home Base.
