Great house for three couples. House was clean. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Nice hot tub and also rooftop bar.
The home was nice, the location was even better than we expected. Beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was for the most part quiet. 5 min uber to down town or about a 30 min walk. My family and I enjoyed. Host checked on us a few times throughout our stay. Highly recommend for those staying in Indy.
Perfect spot for the guys to stay while attending Gen Con. 30 minute walk to Oil Lucas Stadium. Lots of restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance. Felt like a safe area.

Very nice home in an up and coming neighborhood (downtown was under heavy construction but restaurants were open just have to walk). Unfortunately, the dishwasher was not working when we arrived but the owner was thoughtful enough to provide a small countertop washing machine. Just wish we knew in advance as we planned to do lots of cooking. Parking is as described which does make loading and unloading difficult but manageable (recommend using the parking area by the community center/music store). Definitely recommend this place as it is as pictured, clean and the property manager is quick to respond. The top deck is a great space. We would stay again.
Great location for us! Conveniently located to the convention center and walkable to cute coffee shop/donut store/book store and record store. The roof top deck was nice too. House was clean and the air conditioner worked great to cool the space even with extremely hot temperatures outside. The washer and dryer were excellent. The host was very responsive and gave us great info!
Will definitely be back if we ever come back to Indy!!! Beautiful house that was well maintained that made for a wonderful 1st time visit to Indy. Host was very polite and was always in communication with us!! Highly recommend!!
