We had a wonderful time staying here for our trip. The host was very responsive and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. The location is very convenient for restaurants and shopping as well as close to the downtown area. We will definitely keep this place on our list for our next trip to Indy!

I was afraid of the noise level coming from the main road since it’s just right outside and from reading other reviews but realistically it wasn’t much of a big deal for us. The fans in the rooms do help drown out any noise outside of the rooms. Over all, we had a great stay and appreciated the checking in on us via message to make sure we had everything we needed and that they were always available if we did need anything. We would definitely stay there again as we come to Indianapolis yearly!

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was super clean. The king bed was so comfy, I slept better than I do at home.

Excelente lugar
We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house met our needs. It was great to have a place for our girls to rest between games, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we loved having the ability to spread out. We really enjoyed the air hockey table! The location is pretty high traffic with LOTS of noise. I think some reviews mention this, but I didn't realize that it would be serious noise due to proximity of busy road. Also, I would have liked to have some usable outdoor space and maybe fenced in yard--just felt a little exposed. Overall, I could have done more homework with those issues, and the house itself was as advertised.
HomeBase is a good company- very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Property was perfect for what we needed, plenty of space. Having an outdoor space to relax would have been nice but owners said it is being planned for the future. Kitchen layout was a little odd but usable. My only real complaint was the property is on a large main road so it was very loud but it was very convenient to everything and honestly getting in and out was an initial concern but turned out it was not a problem at all.
Easy to find location, close to downtown without being downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean interior, game room was a hit with the child.
Great place to stay. A little noisy in the evenings (due to traffic) but overall very spacious and comfortable.
