I loved the bnb it is nearby everything. However the second floor didn’t stay cool.

We actually booked both properties since they’re a conjoined house. Both houses slept 11 girls very comfortably. Big enough beds, clean living room and everything. I honestly give this house a 7/10. Only an 7 because the house was extremely hot as you went up a level. 1st floor was cool felt great, 2nd floor was ok...
Home Base & Co. were wonderful hosts! The home was in a good location, was spotless upon arrival, and had plenty of space for our 3-person group. Communication was friendly and quick, and check-in/out was straightforward. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!
This home is located in Arsenal Heights, a historic and popular neighborhood just east of downtown Indianapolis. Only an 7 because the house was extremely hot as you went up a level. 1st floor was cool felt great, 2nd floor was ok still got some air, but the 3rd floor was a sweat box and absolutely ridiculous .. it’s not possible to sleep upstairs, at least not in the summer time and it was like that in both houses. Some rooms ceiling fans didn’t work and was told to use the fans provided in the closets. It was at least 80° on the top floor even though the AC was set to 68.

The quick look: if you’re looking for a safe and clean place to stay, this place is great, but if going to nitpick every little thing and not give any grace to the host, this is not the place for you. They are working through some property challenges, but were immediately responsive and address our our concerns. PROS: Clean Safe Looked as pictured Enough room for everyone Beds were comfortable Amenities were accurate CONS: Heat distribution was terrible. Main floor was cold with the upper levels being hot Remote controls for ceiling fans/lights did not work Drawers of one nightstand didn’t stay closed There were pink stains on the curtains in one bedroom A comforter on one of the beds had visible stain on it Closet doors were off the hinges in one bedroom Shower handle in one bathroom was loose These issues were all handled with the host who was prompt and transparent. She helped handle the issues, and took care of us. We were well comped and would stay again.
Cleanliness, accessibility, amenities and the hosts prompt responses all made our stay great.
The host were so responsive & just accommodating all around!!
