Nice peaceful neighborhood house was very clean and comfortable will definitely stay again!
This place was truly amazing! The basement area was a perfect hangout for the kids and the huge fenced in back yard was awesome. The decor here is 10/10. So many cute details. The only thing to note is there is only one tv. So if you are a person who needs tv to fall asleep I recommend bringing a laptop to watch...
My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had several adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The place was clean, spacious and super cute.
Pros: Big house, the retro theme is actually nice, the rooms were clean, parking is good. Cons: Although the main places were clean, some places weren't (it's a big house and some places such as the tiki bar and some cabinets/corners weren't really clean). Some non-plastic bowls/plates would've been nice. There's no...

The only thing to note is there is only one tv. So if you are a person who needs tv to fall asleep I recommend bringing a laptop to watch movies on. The driveway had plenty of parking, the kitchen has plenty of appliances! Plenty of blankets, pillows and sheets. The bean bags were perfect for the kids to sleep on!! Everything was exactly as pictured and it was the perfect end of summer escape for us.

There's no dishwasher. The house has 2 floors but there's only a main air control (so, downstairs it can get cold while upstairs it's still hot). The bathroom downstairs has a bit of a closed smell. If someone (from your own party) walks upstairs you can hear downstairs. Downstairs we found some small spiders/house centipedes. There are many things in the kitchen cabinets (so, it feels a bit cluttered).
Loved this house! Very fun space and great location for any activities at the fairgrounds.
Worked perfectly for us as we showed at the State Fair. Had a minor problem with a bathroom faucet, but they were working to fix it and communicated well the whole time. Hope to stay again.
Such a fun place to stay! The decor is awesome. Host was kind and always responsive. We had no issues and a wonderful stay!
Nice house. Plenty of supplies included (like toiletries, laundry soap, towels, etc.) Clean. Loved the decor. Would stay again if back in the area. Very roomy house. Busy street but quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Overall, we had a great time on a bachelorette trip to Indy. Unfortunately, the house was okay. The pros: the house really will sleep 9. The 2 bean bags in the basement are super comfy and the decor is cute if you want a themed location. They provide plenty of supplies (Sam's Club size everything). The cons: It smells like cats, especially in the bathrooms and tiki room. The showers have drainage tiles over concrete floors - not comfortable to stand on. The microwave is stored in the pantry. No ice maker so bring a bag of ice. A lot of decor, but nothing works - it made me worry I would be charged for broken items. Responses from Eric were quick, but the actual question wasn't answered (it was always I'll check and no future response). I've stayed in many rentals and never had a poor experience or given a review with negative feedback. I shared most of this with Eric after our stay prior to this review.
Had a great time with friends and family gathering together at this awesome property.
Cute place and a nice neighborhood.Upstairs shower clogged and backs up.Downstairs shower had a horrible smell and was not usable. Ants in the kitchenLinen in the trundle room was not clean.
Adorable great get away ! Thankyou for sharing your space !
