Wonderful place to stay!
If I ever travel to Indianapolis again I’ll search for this property first to see if it is available. This location is very close to downtown and importantly all eating and shopping locations are very close by.

Beech Grove offers a quieter residential setting with convenient access to downtown Indianapolis, local dining, family-friendly entertainment, and major event venues. Guests can enjoy a relaxed neighborhood feel while staying close to Fountain Square, the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and some of Indy’s most popular restaurants and attractions. It’s a practical, comfortable home base for conventions, sporting events, family visits, weekend trips, and longer stays.
We recommend having a car during your stay to easily explore Beech Grove and the greater Indianapolis area. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also readily available, with downtown attractions, local dining, entertainment, and event venues just a short drive from the home.

Additional: Early Check-in/Late Check-out: We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75, and a late checkout fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you! Check-Out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time :) House Rules: Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. Thank you! Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are asking our guests to conserve toilet paper as much as possible. Our supply is very limited. Please consider other guests who are coming after you. Thank you very much! In the rare event of a lockout or for any other emergencies, please contact us via phone or text, we have a team devoted to being available 24/7 to help in any way we can throughout your stay.

This is our second time staying here. The house is clean and welcoming, and John is very responsive, and very accommodating. We will rent this home each time we return to Indy to see family!
Johns place was fabulous! Great location, just as described. John was so responsive and made himself available to answer any questions at any time. Loved the patio out back was perfect for playing a family game of UNO. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a little relaxing fire in the backyard. Basement was great for the kids to play. We enjoyed the ping pong table and kids enjoyed the many toys. Kitchen was also very stocked with everything including spices which was so great!!!! House was very clean and comfy. Extra blankets were so soft. Loved this place and we would definately stay again. Thanks John!
Nice place to stay for gen con! Clean, had enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for everyone, and enough space for all of us :)
We stayed here for the DCI Championships weekend ! The house was centrally located and close to just about everything, which made getting around so easy. It was such a cute house with some really nice updates, and the beds were super comfortable. My teenage daughter loved having her own little space downstairs. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

All listed amenities were included. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Definitely worth the value! I would be happy to book again.
The house was very comfy, spacious, and clean! Absolutely loved how calm the neighborhood is, we got to sit outside and enjoy the nice warm weather with both front porch and backyard; we actually did walk to trail in the park that’s about 5 minutes away, very peaceful. We accidentally mixed up the check out time, but John was nice enough to give us a chance to leave without a problem. I definitely recommend this house, and i would happily stay here again!
