You won’t regret staying here. We didn’t want to leave! It felt like home as soon as we entered. Absolutely beautiful. The view alone is enough to make you happy but the way the home is organized and set up exceeds all expectations. Everything was pristine, beds and sheets extremely comfortable. We hope to return!
Awesome views of the lake and sunset. Access to beach area. Nice backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 10 minute drive to town. House is clean and has nice bedrooms.
A perfect place for a long weekend with the girls! Right on the water with beautiful views and access to the beach via a cute trolley. And only about 10 minutes from South Haven, where there are enough cute shops to easily fill a morning!

Outstanding stay, service and amenities!!! Perfect for large family vacation. We had a great time and the host thought of everything for family (including our pups) to have a great time. Everyone loved the house and it was the center of a great experience. Loved the controlled access to the beach, private feel of the neighborhood and wonderful views of Lake Michigan. The host were very thoughtful and purposeful on the amenities provided. They were also very prompt in responding to any questions. The home was beautiful! THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO HAVE AN AMAZING WEEKEND AND FOND MEMORIES!!!!

Home Base Lakeshore felt like home, with the views of a 5 star resort! Our hosts were responsive and helpful. The private beach and the neighborhood are absolutely perfect, our family's had so much fun. The home had everything we needed. Make sure you pay attention to the driving instructions as the area is a cellphone dead space and there is some road closures to be wary of at night. Thank you Home Base Lakeshore!!! We hope to see you soon.

Incredible location and amenities. The home was functional and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.
The view was spectacular and the sunsets never disappointed. This Lakeside retreat was just what our group needed. We especially appreciated the super soft bedding and linens. The three season room was our favorite space in the home.
House was clean although a bit worn. Deck is in need of a power wash clean, quite dirty. Large deck umbrella was broken so could not be used. Reported to host, nothing happened, so deck was unusable after 2 pm each day, far too hot. Host was very accommodating other than the umbrella issue. Several birds are nesting under second floor deck which is directly above front door porch, thus guano is everywhere. We needed to clean each morning.The house was very well appointed for families with children with games, yard toys, etc. The tram was a great way to reach the beach. All quite private.Overall, it was a good experience.
Our family had a great weekend getaway at this property. The home is well maintained and the views are stunning. Access to the beach was quite an adventure - about a 5 min walk to the tram, then down to the beach from there. A word of warning for the beach - once you get off the tram, there are some very steep stairs. We were traveling with some older folks who struggled a bit getting up and down. Overall, a great trip and would definitely recommend the property.
