We had a wonderful stay! Great location close to everything Whiskey Row. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. Note the nightlife on the weekends goes until 4am. Enjoyed our time in Louisville and look forward to traveling here again!
The building was very secure and we felt safe each night . Very spacious and clean
We had an awesome time! Everything was as advertised and we will stay here anytime we do a bourbon trail trip in the future!
The detailed instructions on how to get in the building were excellent. The unit was a nice big space so everyone had privacy. Overall a great value for the price.

Only a few blocks away from the Hardy House is Milkwood restaurant, headed by internationally acclaimed celebrity chef, and James Beard Award Winner, Edward Lee has been on NBC’s prestigious, Top Chef. Vincenzo’s is one of the finest Italian restaurants in the region, while Proof on Main offers cutting-edge fusion fine dining. Righ on Fourth Street is Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse and Brazeiro’s Churrascaria, a smart Brazilian steakhouse. The condo was roomy, comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. The place was well lit with tall ceilings. The access directions were very easy to follow. The garage was only a 1/2 block down the street and easy to access.Overall, the location is very good. The Brown Hotel restaurant for a Hot Brown is a great option for dinner and only 1/2 a block away. The condo is far enough away from downtown to be quite (unless there is something going on in one of the theaters) but a quick walk to many attractions. We had a rental car but barely used it except to and from the airport and a women's soccer game.I would stay here again if ever back in Louisville, way better option than a hotel room.
We really enjoyed our stay, the property was very nice and the location was perfect. Our host Shannon was responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
Our host, Shannon, was great! She resolved a minor parking issue that was probably my fault quickly. The condo was clean and well appointed. Would definitely consider staying here the next time we come to Louisville. Thank you Shannon!
Really nice layout and quality. Note that the proximity to a nightclub means it's pretty loud late at night until the club closes around 2am.
This property is huge and conveniently located within walking distance to everything!! Host is helpful and quick to respond.
This was a gem of a property. Clean, spacious and excellent location. Comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets. Big shower with good pressure and temps. Little touches like games and cards, ingredients to make an Old Fashioned, and snacks. Parking was close by, secure, and enclosed. I would highly recommend and definitely come back to stay again.
