Very clean property located near downtown shops. Host was top notch, replying to messages quickly. We had no issues, host was just responding to questions and they also just checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice comfortable property.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this charming, updated home in a historic neighborhood just outside downtown Indianapolis. Our group of five was very comfortable with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and we appreciated having plenty of room to spread out.The home has been nicely updated while maintaining some of the character you’d expect from an older neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including basic dishes, utensils, cookware, and a coffee maker. The location was especially convenient — downtown is walkable if you’re up for it, but an Uber is quick and easy when you want to save a little time.A few things are worth knowing before you book. All of the bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, and the staircase is quite steep. It wasn't an issue for our group, but it could be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility or physical limitations. There is also only one parking space behind the house, accessed by an alley, so parking may require some planning if you're bringing more than one vehicle.Because this is a home in a historic, urban neighborhood, there is some street noise, and we could occasionally hear activity through the shared wall with the neighboring unit. Wonderful to have off street parking in the back. Regarding the location: front street was a bit busy with traffic, and all night Indy restaurant opens late and operates through the night.
Three of us from our office were attending a convention at the JW Marriott and we balked at the room cost. This place fit the bill for us perfectly! Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, it was clean, well equipped, all of the updates, and the description matched what we found. We would gladly stay here again!

Home base was very much like home. Location was great for what was happening in the downtown area. The area was quiet and parking was great. Would definitely recommend and rebook if I ever revisit.
The property was exactly as described and accommodated our travel needs exceptionally well. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms provided the ideal balance of privacy and shared space, allowing everyone to be together while still enjoying individual comfort. Its convenient access to multiple freeways made travel easy, and the close proximity to downtown Indianapolis was especially beneficial. The property management team checked in with us throughout our stay and was consistently responsive and attentive to any needs or questions we had.
