The VRBO was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a great location! I highly recommend the space to any one staying in Louisville. Shannon was also so incredibly easy to work with and so pleasant!

Great little place to stay. Parking right next to the building. Close to everything. Comfortable and definitely would stay there again!
The place is cozy, warm, charming and in a convenient location. Shannon is overly communicative and incredibly accessible should you need anything. It is a bottom unit so you do hear the neighbors upstairs.
Our stay here was lovely. The place is very homey, which we loved. A quick drive to everywhere you’d want to be in Louisville. My only note to anyone booking would be to make sure you’re getting the right directions because our gps took us a couple blocks away to a different home with the same address and we tried getting into someone’s actual home when we arrived around 11:30 pm. Lol!! That could’ve been bad, but ultimately it worked out and we found our way to the correct address. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I attended an event at the convention center. One morning I walked there in twenty minutes. The apartment is very well furnished. It is a home more than a hotel. Two baths. Everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was firm, something I like. The neighborhood was quiet. The off the street parking available is very handy.
Close to downtown and lots of places we wanted to visit. Area was nice to walk and see the old homes of Louisville.
Shannon’s place was a great place for our weekend stay! She was very attentive, the place was very unique & historic. The area is not very walkable but we did not mind it as we were there for the bourbon trail and were not really around. Great stay if you’re looking for a place if you’re going to be out all day ☺️
