Very nice high end home, comfortable beds, stylish decor. Great space for our family. Having a garage space was very beneficial.
We had a great stay. The townhome is perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Lots of attention to detail - coffee, creamer, and bottled water. We really appreciated the flexibility with late check out too.
Everything was great. Residence was clean, looked great, location was very convenient, and received a quick response if I had any questions. Would stay in again.
Please note that this home is located in a centrally located Indianapolis neighborhood that is both walkable and very safe. Due to its proximity to a main road, guests may experience ambient noise from traffic and surrounding activity throughout the day and evening.
While many guests enjoy the convenience of the location, those sensitive to noise may want to take this into consideration when booking.

• 2nd floor includes a stocked chef's kitchen and generous-sized living room (with queen murphy bed) plus a 1/2 bath.
• 3rd level includes primary master bedroom and ensuite bath + an additional bedroom + full bath + laundry.
• 4th floor has workspace + bar + queen sofa bed + deck.
There is also a private 2-car garage with a ping pong table for your use. Please park in your garage or in front of it. If you need more parking, there is also street parking easily available.
You and your guests will have access to the entire home.

We loved the location. The townhouse is a new build in an area with a lot of updates to the surrounding neighborhood…. Lots of people walking around, felt safe and was perfect distance to the IUPUI Natatorium where we were spending the week. The finishes were very well thought out - I loved the roof top deck and high ceilings. The neutral colors made it very comfortable and the furniture and beds were comfy. The other two in the unit with me didn’t notice as much - but I am a super light sleeper - so I would suggest a sound machine to help drown out the highway and train traffic. Again - the other two in our travel party didn’t notice it as much as me. I would absolutely stay here again- I would just bring a sound machine with me.
Impressive, brand new townhome that stands out for its cleanliness, location and convenience. David’s place was exactly as pictured, super clean and comfortable and situated close to everything. Would not hesitate to book again.
This place was absolutely beautiful. It was so well decorated and very clean with state of the art finishes and appliances. Check in was a breeze and being able to park in the garage with a garage remote was so convenient. If I ever come back to Indianapolis, this place will be on the top of my list. Only drawback is that it’s very close to the highway so you can hear the highway noise, but that pales in comparison to the comfort of the house.
If you're looking for an amazing stay near the heart of Indy, look no further! The home was beautiful, appears to be new, well decorated, no fuss to get in. The hosts were proactive and responsive. They gave great instructions and they were attentive to our needs. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, yay! The neighborhood felt safe and walkable with a few restaurants nearby. The hosts gave suggestions and we didn't have to ask for much at all. Amenities were a nice touch. If I could give ten stars, I would!

Great location, very clean. Wonderful larger areas for kitchen and living room gatherings. Nice private bedrooms each with its own bathroom! Perfect spot for our grown family gathering.
