Fantastic spot
Nice large house. Well appointed. Near every thing. Prefect walking distance to Brad Ripple shopping & dinning.
Our stay was wonderful, and everything went great. The check in was seamless, the house was clean and comfortable. The location was great as well. We want to come back and check out more of Broad Ripple!
David’s place was great! Perfect location right near the heart of broad ripple but still on a peaceful, quiet street. The house itself has a great layout — nice and open but still cozy. Didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor space, but it looked awesome. I’ll definitely try to stay here again the next time we’re back...

Broad Ripple Village is close by and home to some amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, nature trails, a new family center, and a wonderful park.

David’s house was a fantastic stay for us. It’s extremely walkable to lots of restaurants and shops, grocery, pharmacy etc. the house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. David was very proactive by reaching out throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay there again!
Was a great place
Perfect weekend stay for our friends and family in Indianapolis with plenty of space to entertain. The place had everything we needed and is within walking distance to restaurants and bar in Broad Ripple.
It was perfect for our weekend at the state fair. We hope to return next year.

Absolutely beautiful place! A college friend was getting married over the weekend and a few of us decided to stay together. The rental was in a great area, beautiful, and David was easy to communicate with. We would gladly rent again when we are in the area again.
Host & homes was amazing! Host is very easy to communicate with! House is super clean and was big enough to accommodate my family (7)! I will definitely rent this home again with no questions asked! Location is also beautiful!
