Hamilton Villa is in Chattanooga’s North Shore, close to the restaurants and shops along Frazier Avenue. Enjoy the neighborhood setting with gorgeous views and convenience to downtown Chattanooga right across the river.

Home Layout
Natural light fills the spacious, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas, with views of Chattanooga through the windows. The living room sofa converts into a queen bed for extra accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals. A drip coffee maker and a starter supply of Folgers ground coffee are also provided.
Near the stairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-tiled shower, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. A door from this bedroom leads to the lower patio and gas fire pit. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom down the hall.
Parking
The driveway accommodates up to three large vehicles or four smaller vehicles. Please do not park on the street or block the road.

Frazier Avenue is about a half-mile from the home, approximately an 8-minute walk, with North Shore restaurants, cafes and boutiques all nearby.
Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay.

This house was a dream. It was very clean and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The location is perfect; close by lots of things on the North Shore, but not busy or noisy. The balcony with mountain views was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!
Great spring break stay with my family! We absolutely loved Chattanooga and this place was the perfect location to all the attractions and walking distance to a lot of things! We had a blast! Will definitely be back!
This was the ideal place for us-the location was perfect. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the large parking area. It was quiet and we enjoyed watching the bluebirds and Redbirds in the trees from the porch and kitchen window. The host was extremely responsive and we are already looking at booking here for our next two trips.
