Beautiful view out, the house was well laid out and kitchen great. Kids loved feeding the goats. Would love to come back again and relax!
We had a blast! Perfect weather and location. There were three baby gates and it was so helpful. Love the use of space. Very clean and host was quick to respond if we needed anything or had questions prior! Loved the goats, the beds were super comfy!! There’s a huge TV downstairs and that was fun for the kids playing...

Meet The Goats!
Friendly goats visit the fence near the lower porch and hot tub. You’re welcome to pet them through the fence and feed them with the complimentary bag of grain provided. Ring the bell to let them know it’s feeding time!
Home Layout
The laundry room is on the right as you enter, with a queen bedroom, smart TV, and walk-in closet on the left. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway opens into the living, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and mountain views. Sliding doors lead to the back balcony with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and wood-lined walls and ceilings.
Upstairs, the king loft bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and closet space. Downstairs, the theater room has a queen bed and a children’s play area with books and toys. The final king bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sliding doors from this bedroom open to the lower-level patio and six-person hot tub with 180-degree views.

By far this is one of the best houses we've stayed at. We felt right at home with our large crew! The kids LOVED seeing and feeding the goats! The home is absolutely beautiful, felt so open and airy! We had two families stay and we had ample room for everyone to have a bed. The location was perfect, close to several attractions.

We had to contact the team upon arrival and they went right into action helping us solve the problem without us having to cancel/miss plans we already had made in the area. They were kind and super responsive. Our stay at The Nest was fantastic and perfectly situated to all of the sights we wanted to see and places we wanted to eat. The house has a great view and our kids fell in love with the goats. The food recommendations in the house book are spot on. We did venture to Tony's for a lovely Italian meal and our entire family agreed, it was some of the best Italian we've ever had. The house layout was perfect for our family and we look forward to returning for a longer stay next time. Thank you for the great experience.

We had a great time staying here! The house is adorable, especially the porch! We also loved the little goats they were adorable. If you are with a big group and looking to stay near Chattanooga, this was perfect because you can rent multiple homes and they are all next to each other. Only 15-20 mins outside of Chattnooga. I recommend!
THE GOATS! Going on a trip with my three sons, 1, 10, and 15 years old, it’s hard to impress them all. The goats made the trip. We were about 10-20 mins from everything. The house was very clean and felt like home. Baby gates were provided. They took a few minute to make sure they were secure. The weather was rainy most of the time so we spent more time in the house than planned. We had a game night with the huge TV in the game room. The family enjoyed the hot tub a few times. Thanks for helping make memories for these boys. 💙
