The hosts were very friendly, and were great at communicating. The location was perfect with an amazing view. Loved it here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway from the city.
We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a family vacation with small kiddos. The views were beautiful from the back deck. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend :)
The view from the deck is just priceless. So beautiful and peaceful but still close to the city. Was more well stocked than the initial comms made it seem like. The canoe and kayak was a nice addition. Probably the best Airbnb that we have ever got.
Had a short stay for a ball tournament and enjoyed the guest house! It was well cleaned and just as described!

The Riverhouse comfortably sleeps 7 people. When entering the front door the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen welcomes you with a beautiful view of the Tennessee River. On the left is the master bedroom with a large king bed and a very spacious ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in closet. Across the living room are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. These two bedrooms both have queen beds; one of which offers a twin size trundle bed underneath. Wake up and enjoy your cup of coffee on the large deck that overlooks the river!
There is a smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in every bedroom. There is high speed wireless internet throughout the home but there is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, we have a Netflix account that you can use but you will need to log into your own accounts if you'd like to use Prime, HBO, etc.
The Riverhouse is very family friendly and provides a pack’n play, a booster seat, first aid supplies, and has a lockable gate on the front deck so children can be safe and under adult supervision while playing outside. The fully stocked kitchen and new appliances offer a great place to cook meals for the whole family during your stay! Outside, there is a propane grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the view.
PLEASE NOTE: MAX number of cars you can park is 4
If you have a boat, you are welcome to tie your boat off at the dock during your stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!.
**Please note that this is a guest home on the property and the main house is also a vacation rental. There may be other guests staying at the property during the length of your stay. The riverfront and the dock are a shared space on the property. The guest home is completely separate from the main home.
The guests will have access to the entire guest house.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and furnishings were nice and updated. They provided enough essentials like toilet paper and paper towels which was plenty for our stay. Beautiful view by the river. Would book here again.
We took our adult children, spouses and 2 grandchildren- 8 total. We loved the quiet and river view and enjoyed the full porch with the full railing for our little ones to be ‘free-range’. Short drive to the attractions we had chosen- spent the day running and the night grilling and visiting. This space was cozy and great for us! Thanks for a great few day get away!
Kitchen was stocked with all necessary things. Enough plates, cookware, utensiles.... The unit was missing a can opener and management brought a new one by within a few hours.
Wow this place is incredible!! The view is absolutely insane over the lake and it’s such a private and peaceful space. The home itself is beautiful and lots of nice touches to make it cosy like board games you can use. Beds comfy and the master bedroom is beautiful. Parking available and had clear instructions from the host easy to get in. My only recommendation is take some bug spray with you as there’s quite a few mozzies by the lake! A beautiful stay and we would love to come back if we were in the area again.
We went to the Sleep in the Deep program at the Tenessee Aquarium. This was a great place for a home base. We were far enough away to be away from the hustle of the city, but everything was still within 20 minutes driving distance.
