this place was an amazing get away very clean house only thing is that the roof deck pictures are not what your getting , there’s no lights around the deck and the deck need some work done to it , other than that 10/10 place !

The place is super super nice! In close proximity to lots of fun places. Part of the surrounding area is not the nicest and the other part is really nice! Would definitely stay again.
This home was absolutely beautiful!! Extremely spacious, absolutely loved the upstairs patio. The neighborhood is safe & very close to many places. We tried a couple of restaurants near by (only 4-6 minutes away), we went to a comedy club in downtown (only 10 minutes away), & more. I had a couple of questions & got responses from Home Base very quickly. — We did a girls trip for the weekend but I was already thinking about bringing my family back for events because I have the perfect Air BnB for us to stay in!

Surprisingly spacious and clean. Walking distance to lots of dining and the convention center.
This location was very clean and comfortable. Host was responsive about any issues or concerns we had. Walking distance to Fountain Square and some bars/restaurants/breweries. The major downside is that the check-out time is 10AM, which is quite absurd. They were not able to be flexible with the check-out time, which I understand, but be aware when booking.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was a central location for our family and friends while we visited the city. There was plenty of spread out room and street parking was nice issue. The upstairs get a little hot in the evenings with the heat so I’d recommended setting the thermostat down before leaving for the day so it stays cool upstairs too. Kitchen was fully stocked. Rooftop was peaceful in the mornings before the heat. Linens were fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable.
The stay was great. The house was clean. The area felt safe and the house felt very secure with the door locks. Will look forward to future stays when visiting family again. Have already recommended it to other visiting family members.
