The location and apartment were excellent! Close to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the yacht club! There is so much to do in Saugatuck and this was the perfect landing location for our vacation.
Absolutely loved our stay. Walkability around town was great. Beach was a short drive. A little loud on weekend nights, but a sound machine drowned out the noise. I already told my husband I’d like to visit again next year!
Perfect location - a little noisy at night with it being right downtown but run a sound machine and you’ll be fine.
Great location in downtown Saugatuck. Within blocks to ton of great restaurants, coffee, kiddo playground, boat tours and more. Would stay again.

Perfect location
Great location with a nicely updated interior that was perfect for our family. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that we found sand in the sheets in both beds, seemingly left from previous guests.
We were in town for a wedding. Four adults. The location was fabulous. Walkable to most everything and the public bus system was on demand service for more remote locations and very reasonably priced. Would for sure book again.
Overall a good experience in a great town. A few things prevented it from 5 stars: -parking. The host told us street parking is available, and while that might normally be true, we had to park over a half mile away and walk with our bags back to the apartment. Granted it was “Venice Fest” weekend which is apparently a huge draw for the town so I’m sure it was busier than normal, but some communication/recommendations on where to park would have been appreciated. -noise. This is an older apartment with some updated (kitchen, bathroom etc) but original leaded glass windows that let in all the street noise. Even with white noise loud cars, people laughing outside etc woke us up repeatedly. -light. The bedrooms just has blinds and no curtains, letting in ambient street light all night, and at 6 am morning light was streaming in. Otherwise it’s a great central location and nice comfortable space.
Great location in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. We were able to walk to everything. Only used the car to go to Oval Beach and downtown Holland. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day, but able to park in front of the building by the evening. Can be a little noisy at night, but nothing too disturbing. Would stay here again.
The Bella Vita was perfect for two couples and two babies. It was right in town so easy to walk to everything and there was good street parking. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.
The loft was exactly how it was described. It was perfect for our family of four and its location was so convenient!! We would definitely choose to stay there again!!
