We loved the house & the location. Our first night we couldn’t find the TV remote, so I sent a text & an email, but we never got a response. Everything was clean & in great shape except one of the refrigerator drawers was broken, making it unusable. On our final morning we had heavy rain in the area & one of the downstairs bathrooms had water leaking from the outside near the toilet. I emailed notice to the property management company but I have had no response yet. The ONLY issue I have with the rental was communication. The house itself was extremely clean, well supplied for 3-4 couples, comfortable & in a beautiful location. Mid-September was a great time to visit for good weather & fewer crowds, & we’re very happy with our choice.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was as pictured, and the location was private and quiet but SO convenient to downtown and everything we wanted to see. Bedrooms were very spacious (which we appreciated with 4 families and kids in pack n plays!) and it was wonderful that every room had an en-suite bathroom. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator. It got very warm overnight, causing a bunch of groceries/meat to go bad. We contacted the host who said we’d probably overpacked it…for an Airbnb that sleeps this many guests, I would think the fridge should be able to hold a few nights worth of groceries. Airbnb made it right with a credit so all is well!

Beautiful home. Great location. Comfortable beds and each room having a bathroom was the best! Can't wait to return
Wonderful place!
Beautiful space! Private, peaceful, and even better in person than the photos! Highly recommend and will be keeping in mind for any future trips up that way. Bella Vita was responsive and helpful. Truly cannot say enough about our wonderful stay! We had 8 total and everyone felt very comfortable and at home 😊
Great place! Very recommended
The property is beautiful and well maintained - it is professionally managed by a company called Bella Vita. This made me nervous as I have always booked directly with AirBnB hosts, but this was actually a great experience using a professionally managed property. Bella Vita is very communicative, they check-in with you during your stay to make sure everything is acceptable and are responsive to any questions you have. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town. The kitchen and master bedroom are great. The bedrooms in the basement are quite cold and the showers in all the other bathrooms are plastic inserts. I noticed they are not shown in the pictures. They are all perfectly clean - just know if you are going with your friends, that they are just standard issue bathrooms - the master is really the only kitted out area worth the price so you all might fight over it!
Beautiful modern house in wooded surroundings, spacious and clean. And conveniently close to The Southerner!
Great location and just a few miles from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.
Our stay was all we could’ve hoped for and more! The location is perfect, secluded but still close to downtown Saugatuck. The house was ready for us before the check in time. Can’t wait to stay here again!
