We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was very convenient. We did not need to use the upstairs for our family but found the main floor to be very comfortable.
Great location for walking to town. AC worked great, which was essential for our hot and humid weekend. Top floor has a door between rooms to allow some privacy, creating 3 separate sleeping spaces within the house. A hot tub was listed when initially booked. This was removed from the property and we were not notified, which was frustrating.
We had a slight mix-up with our reservation and Bella Vista responded quickly and accommodated us. Super impressed with level of professionalism and accountability.
4 adults and two kids stayed at this Cozy Cottage. It was very neat and clean. Walkable to downtown Saugatuck! Oval Beach was only about 15 min drive away. We would absolutely stay again.
It was a great and cozy home, fit 6 of my friends comfortably
Our second stay here, and it was as good as the first! Great location, near the water and everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer. Home is cozy and well stocked. Hosts do a great job. Small, fenced-in backyard with a great deck that has lots of seating. Pup loves going here (note there are spots where they can get under deck so just be aware). We will be back! :)
Had to leave a day early to a death in the family and there was no communication back when I messaged them that we were leaving early due to that. Also I did message about the missing hot tub and there was no response. The upstairs handrail was loose also.
The stay was good, clean when we came in, easy to find and get in, easily walkable to downtown. Was disappointed when we arrived and found there was no longer a hot tub on property, as the pictures on the listing show there is one. Otherwise it was a fine stay.
