From the well-stocked kitchen (high-end appliances) to the media room, comfortable beds, great hot tub - everything was perfect. It is walking distance from the pier cove beach as well, and an easy drive to downtown Saugatuck. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Great location to the beach and hiking trails across the street.
Great location to host. Plenty of space to unwind and gather. Fire-pit and hot tub were a highlight. Great walking distance to the beach as well.
Gorgeous home on a private lot. Very well appointed. Everything you could want for a week at the lake plus more. Plenty of space, smart upgrades. Quick walk to pier cove and serene setting. Easy drive to tons of restaurants and activities but the house is so enjoyable that it’s a pleasure to be there too.
Nice place, beautiful yard and surroundings
Lovely and secluded home near a small beach. Would love to stay here again.
We had an amazing stay! We rented this home for our wedding weekend at The Ivy House, and it was the perfect place to spend time with our friends and family. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax throughout the weekend.
This home was perfect for our weekend getaway.
We had four adults and one kid staying here for NYE and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and sitting areas for a group larger than ours. The nature-y area was beautiful and the hot tub was a great addition. The house was more equipped with supplies than we expected based on prior reviews. There were plenty of bath towels for us - two per bed, so a total of 10. We also had enough toilet paper for the whole time and the kitchen had an additional roll of trash bags from previous renters. If there was one thing that could be improved on it would be the kitchen. It is updated and fully stocked but it felt it was stocked by leftover pots, pans, etc. from prior renters. It is not organized so was a bit of a hodge podge to navigate. That said, I would definitely come back and recommend the house to others with that caveat.
