I needed a staycation and this was the perfect location for what I needed for the weekend. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family who come into town to visit.

We loved the space! It was exactly what our family needed. Broad Ripple is such a great area!! Broad Ripple Ave is very walkable from the house!
The home is quaint and cozy. It was well equipped (especially with towels) and provided everything you need for a longer stay. There were some opportunities to improve cleanliness and organization. That said, we do have a little one that likes crawling around looking for treasures and she found some around the couch downstairs. The yard was private and the neighbors were lovely. The owner was wonderful about communicating. One of the beds in the master was broken upon our arrival but, once notified, the owners quickly jumped into action and had it fixed the next morning. Overall, we are very grateful to the hosts and with a few improvements, we would stay again.
This home was great, looked just like the photos! Also close to the Broad Ripple area which was nice!
