Great location
Very quite, clean and comfortable property
The property was exactly what my 2 friends and I needed for a weekend getaway. The location is great. Getting into the garage is a little tricky, but taking it slow it is no problem. One of the rooms did not have a window nor closet, which for us was fine, but might be a challenge with a longer stay. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and having coffee and filters there when we checked in. The parking around the complex is easy to find and the neighborhood is safe and orderly. I would recommend this house to others and would stay again if the opportunity comes.
Great all around
The place was in a great location. 10 minutes away from everywhere I needed to be during my stay. Walking distance to The Bottleworks.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here while we attended a convention in downtown Indy. The place was comfortable, and with 2.5 baths, it was easy for all of us to get ready in the morning. It was easy to find street parking for our additional cars, and the place is only a short walk to restaurants on Mass Ave.
Property was great the host was great would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay. The home was very nice. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We did have some difficulty with the door lock, but Cj responded quickly and got it sorted out. Thank you Cj for opening your home to us.
No complaints. Would stay again if I’m in the Downtown Indianapolis area.
