The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful and private setting while still being close to everything Indy has to offer. Guests enjoy the balance of suburban calm with easy access to city attractions, local dining, shopping, and parks. It’s a great area for families, couples, groups or anyone looking to relax outside of the downtown hustle.
A car is recommended for getting around, as it provides the easiest access to downtown Indy, attractions, and nearby shopping and dining areas. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the neighborhood for guests who prefer not to drive themselves.

We had a wonderful stay . The check-in was simple . Our room was comfortable and we spent a good time playing board games at night. We had a good time by the pool. Overall it was a decent experience!!
We wanted a place where my kids could enjoy a pool while I was working in Indy for a couple of days. This neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was great. There was a good sized family room where I could watch the older kids at the pool and watch our youngest while he played on the floor with his toys. Close enough to the Children's Museum and plenty of stores close by for any of our needs. Great place to stay and affordable.
We had a wonderful stay! We were in Indianapolis for a baseball tournament, and this house was the perfect home base. The location was excellent with plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed just minutes away. Our family especially loved the pool. It was the perfect way to relax and cool off after long days at the ballpark. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Indy!
Such a cute house and perfect for a family getaway! The pool was an added feature we absolutely enjoyed! It wasn't far from grocery stores and restaurants and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! We would definitely stay here again.
