Adorable house in a sweet quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a girls weekend - even though we are two little old ladies. Love coming to Indy and every year we stay in the same neighborhood. Such a great area

The house was perfect for our group. It had plenty of space and was close to everything we needed. The entire process from reservation to check in to check out was so smooth. Our group was so happy and are looking forward to being able to stay again. We will recommend this place to family and friends as well.
This weekend was for a family gathering for my youngest son and his wife traveling from Carolina for their baby shower and we had phenomenal time. The home just made it that much more special. It felt like home, comfortable clean relaxing. Close to the monon trail for my son that is a avid runner. The back deck with the fire pit for some family time was the best. I'm all about family and this was home away from home for us. I would recommend this home to anybody.
Had one very minor issue accessing the property, but the property manager came over immediately and changed the battery on the locks. Complete aside, but the property manager might be the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever met! The property was clean and extremely well cared for. If you want to stay in the Broad Ripple area of Indy, you can’t do any better. Beautiful, well-appointed house in a great location…what more could you ask for?
