Very cute space and has a lot of room. Very close to downtown but area itself is a little sketchy but not to the point where I felt unsafe.
Excellent space perfect for our family and friends trip for the final four. Amazing location and great hosts! They made it easy to check in and out and were very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend for those traveling to Indy!

The home was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area. At the time we stayed at the home. they have a lot of construction going on around the area. But still no issue getting to the home. Inside the home is to die for. Kitchen is lovely and the home is very spacious. I loved everything about the home. I didn’t like one issue the came across. The neighbor in the home next to us was provided the same code to the house as ours. Which made me feel a little uncomfortable but the family was sweet and made me feel at ease. Other than that everything was lovely.
Clean organized the host was amazing They responded back fast.
Clean and nice. Heat is very different upstairs than first floor. Was able to walk from Lucas oil. Not short but not bad.
My family and I had a great stay here! The place was immaculate, exactly as described, and even better than the photos. The location is a very short and simple drive to Downtown and Fountain Square. The home was on a huge private lot which we really liked. I would absolutely stay here again!
