I appreciate the host! Needed a place to stay hike waiting on my new apartment to be ready. And it was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. Felt like a hotel @ home feeling. Thank you so much for all the extra things provided in the house as well. 5 stars!

A hidden gem in Indy is a great description. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything downtown but quiet and hidden with parking included! My daughter and I had our own spaces with comfy beds. If I have a reason to stay in Indy again, I'll be checking to see if it's available.
The stay at John’s place was great! Very communicative host. Parking can be a little tight but it’s good for a small group. Would stay here again.

Additional: Early Check-in/Late Check-out: We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75, and a late checkout fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you! Check-Out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time :) House Rules: Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. Thank you! Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are asking our guests to conserve toilet paper as much as possible. Our supply is very limited. Please consider other guests who are coming after you. In the rare event of a lockout or for any other emergencies, please contact us via phone or text, we have a team devoted to being available 24/7 to help in any way we can throughout your stay.

Good location for event at Lucas Oil. Off-street parking was very convenient(slightly tight street for large pick-up, but if it's your normal vehicle shouldn't be an issue). We'll stocked kitchen that had most items you would ever need. More than enough room for 4 people to be comfortable. Also appreciate he was flexible with arrival time as I arrived in town earlier than expected.
This little spot in Indianapolis was an absolute amazing find for my group! The location is so close to so many amazing restaurants and bars that we literally walked for the whole trip. The inclusion of a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer made our long stay in Indianapolis even nicer. Absolutely loved the place and will try to be back when we come to Indianapolis again!
Couldn’t ask for a better location for walking to Gainbridge , Lucas Oil or just downtown. Street parking ( with parking pass provided with the rental ) directly in front of the house was amazing. Communication with the Host prior to checking in and during our stay was outstanding.
As advertised. Very nice. The location was perfect for my interests. Quite quiet. Very clean and nicely appointed. Great area for walking. Good all around.
Great little house. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown. We really appreciated the fact that this property and enough parking for a couple vehicles. The only thing we didn’t like was because the bed upstairs was a loft, whoever stays up there can hear every noise in the house. John was a great host. Very quick to respond.
Had enough bugs in the house to be aware of them, but not infested.
