Shannon reached out to us before, during, and after our visit. She answered our many questions, and responded quickly and in person when one of the kitchen appliances developed a mysterious leak. We felt confident that she was very commited to our satisfaction, and appreciated that.

Located in the heart of the Highlands area in the Cherokee Triangle neighborhood, this stunning home is walking distance to Cherokee Park and less than a 5-minute drive to the many restaurants, pubs, and shops located in the vibrant area along Bardstown Road. The property is also less than 5 miles from the Expo Center, Churchill Downs, and the Downtown Convention Center/Downtown Louisville. The area is highly walkable and there are several trails in the park, as well as access to local public transportation options.
Uber and Lyft are available nearly 24/7 and can take you anywhere in the city. There is also a TARC bus stop along Eastern Parkway, less than a 5 minute walk from the property.

We have stayed many Airbnb’s over the years. This one felt special. Not only was the home and surrounding area beautiful, but the attention to detail throughout the place was obvious. We loved it! And the outdoor areas were gorgeous too (wish it hadn’t been so hot or we would have spent more time outside). Definitely one of the top three places we’ve stayed. Can’t wait to come back!! The house and patio were both beautiful. The neighborhood was very walkable and near Cherokee Park. Shannon was very responsive to questions and concerns. One side note: because of all the hardwood the place does echo a bit.
You can’t beat the location here. The house is beautifully decorated, the outdoor space and gardens are gorgeous, just the perfect place for a weekend with the girlfriends. This spot will always be on our list (if it’s available). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Had a great experience at this property. We rented it for a family group of adults. Plenty of space for us all. It’s in a convenient area. Super easy to get inside. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Shannon was helpful and responsive. Interior of home is well decorated with plenty of seating. Exterior gardens had lots of seating and pretty plants and water features .Huge tvs in multiple rooms. Nice kitchen. We would love to stay here again and would consider any property that Shannon manages.
