Great little place close to the city
Can’t beat the location! We really enjoyed the Monmon trail and the close proximity to many bars and restaurants. No car needed. Some really solid food options close by. Gabe was a great host and checked in on us.
Perfectly located for the activities we were doing with the family. Everything in working condition and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very pleasant to work with and checked in often.

Getting around is easy whether you drive, bike, or rideshare. Most major attractions are a quick 5–10 minute drive, and rideshare pickups are fast in this area. The Monon Bike Trail is close by for those who prefer biking or walking, and downtown parking is widely available though may be limited during major events.

Great place for a great price! Less than 20 mins from Mass Ave walking. The top room is a little toasty. Make sure you use the AC to cool it down. Other than that place was clean and everything else was as expected. We had a good stay!

Brought a small group to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday in Indy. The house was very easy to find and was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and I love that there was a fan in every bedroom! Gabe was very friendly and responded quickly. He even checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Gabe's place was very good. The communication while I was there was timely, consistent and helpful. The location was exactly what I wanted just a 10 minute drive from the downtown area. the kitchen and living room space were spacious and comfortable. Finally, all of the rooms and bathrooms were fully equipped and functional for the needs of myself and the other guests during the trip. Would stay here again if I came back to the area!
