We enjoyed our stay a the space. It was very convenient to our destinations and we enjoyed the amenities provided. Great bathroom and living spaces.
The house is amazing and great location. I wish the check out time was at least at 11am but it’s 10am. I messaged and asked the host for an hour extension but I never received a response. Other than that the experience was GREAT!!!

The master suite has a king-sized bed, TV, and a full-length mirror, as well as a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a TV, walk-in closet, and a desk for any work-from-home needs. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private full bath with a walk-in shower.
For added convenience, the home includes high speed WiFi, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing supplies.

Host allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in since we were flying in early. Our stay was great and I would have stayed again until issues on our check out day. Host mentioned on the evening of our last day that if we needed a later check out to let them know that evening and they would accommodate if they could. We asked for 1 hour later check out so we didn’t have to sit at the airport too long. Host never responded that evening. I messaged again at 8am the morning of our check out. No response again. At 9am the HOUSE CLEANERS called my personal cell number to ask if we had left already because they wanted to clean early. Seriously?! The host gave my personal cell number to the house cleaners that I have no business with. I told them we were not leaving early. At 9:58am when we were about to call our Uber, finally get the ok to stay until 11am from host. Poor communication and unprofessional giving out my personal info to cleaners. Unfortunately will not stay again due to this
The Home Base team was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher and other questions about the property. This said, there were a few things about our stay we think potential bookers should be aware of. The house is located on a main thoroughfare and is very noisy at night. The door locks were a bit tricky to work. The beds were also very firm so if that’s not your preference, we’d recommend looking elsewhere since that combined with the noise at night made sleeping difficult. There were also no tissues stocked anywhere but one bathroom, which seemed odd, so make sure to bring your own. Otherwise, the house was clean and as advertised.
We had a wonderful visit! The home was very nice and clean. It definitely met expectations! I would recommend it. The rooms we spacious and the beds were great! Having several bathrooms was a huge plus. If you’re going to Indy and have a large family it was very nice.
