Home Base was a nice apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The Host was very welcoming and communicated well. They were very quick to respond when I messaged them. They answered questions and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend this location.

Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you! Check-Out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time :) House Rules: Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. In the rare event of a lockout or for any other emergencies, please contact us via phone or text, we have a team devoted to being available 9a-11p est to help in any way we can throughout your stay.

We had a great stay in Newcastle this past weekend! The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending at The Love Park, and we loved that it was also within walking distance of downtown and several local restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The host was super responsive, which we really appreciated and made our stay even easier. Our only recommendation would be to consider adding a TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Newcastle!
Positive: This is right downtown New Castle, if you can say so. It’s a small town . There’s parking behind the house . The owner is responsive and does provide feedback whenever you have a question. The place is clean Negative: There was no dishwasher , and as far as I understood it was taken away for repair or something , because all the tubing and wiring was sticking from the walls . A washing machine would of course be nice too, but that was neither expected nor promised , so no problem there.
Well located, clean and very helpful host. Much better option than the local hotels in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while visiting the Mooreland Fair! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was especially convenient for the fair and made it easy for us to spend time with family without having a long drive back and forth. The hosts were kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after long days at the fair. We were traveling with our kids, and the space worked great for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the New Castle area!
We enjoyed our stay in New Castle! Nice place with a modern vibe, plenty of space, comfortable beds and linens. Easy to check in and they checked on us several times to make sure there were no problems. It was a great base for visiting friends nearby. It was great to have a/c units in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living area.
This was a great place to stay for a couple of nights leading up to my son’s Ironman race. Location is great, super close to nice restaurants and a cute coffee shop. Easy parking behind the house. Apartment is in an older house, but nicely renovated. The kitchen had what we needed to prep some easy meals. Bathroom could use a bit of updating, but that would not stop me from staying here again. Like others have mentioned, I’d replace the two chairs in living room with a comfy couch. My son and I actually sat in bed to watch a movie as we found that more comfortable. Great communication with host!
the place is neat , clean and well maintained. suggest install exhaust fan in the bathroom, night latch at entrance door, handle bar bathtub. oveall a nice family place
