The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but it was a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The price was great for what we were looking for. One thing to point out..it only has one bathroom. So just be sure to coordinate shower/bathroom times 😉. The hosts were great at communicating at got back really...
Thank you for allowing me to stay in your home. It was close to work and to down town. The washer and dryer were a great addition and the bed was most comfortable.
Great communication and overall a good stay! The place was clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom, it’s a bit dated, the shower curtain could be longer as a lot water splashes out, and there’s some mildew buildup that could use attention.

Overall we had a great stay here. The hosts were very responsive which I always appreciate. The location was good short travel time to everything. There were a few issues we had the main one being the subfloor in the bathroom was rotted out probably because the shower curtain is too short so when we would take a shower the floor would get soaked. We told them right away about it and they did try to get maintenance out to check it out but nothing aligned with our schedule. It’s not something that was going to get fixed with us staying there so we thought it was fine they didn’t come out and hopefully it’s fixed for the next guest! Another small inconvenience was the bedroom doors are hard to open and close. Our kids were unable to do either themselves. But overall the place is nice for the price and they had everything we needed in the kitchen and the two TVs is a nice touch so the kids can watch something else in the other room. Would stay again!
It was very nice! Loved the AC. Nice and cool! The kitchen was very well stocked. Enjoyed Shelbyville. I would say you need a longer shower curtain as the water comes out under it. Also you need a bath mat! Very slippery and nothing to hang on to.

We traveled there for a local cross country race and the location was very close to the venue, so that made it really nice. It was a cozy space, perfect for 3. The host was responsive and good with communication.
