Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome host!
We had a wonderful stay at this home for two nights. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers; it was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. I only rated it 4 stars due to the internet not working. The host was quick to respond when I asked for help, but ultimately never followed up with a resolution...

We had a wonderful stay at this home for two nights. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers; it was very clean, and in a great neighborhood. I only rated it 4 stars due to the internet not working. The host was quick to respond when I asked for help, but ultimately never followed up with a resolution, and later identified it was a internet provider issue. We had to use our hot spot to watch TV which wasn't ideal with two teens. I appreciated the coffee area being well stocked with K-Cups and coffee grounds! I would definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

Very clean and comfortable
Nice clean place. Just as described.
Good stay overall. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn't able to keep the place cool enough to make sleeping comfortable for my all the people in my party. In hindsight I should have seen the previous reviews with AC issues from last year. When I escalated the issue with Gabe he was very responsive and I feel we worked together try and solve the problem. I get that there are probably fewer super hot days and nights in Indiana so unless there's a follow up outlining a remedy to the AC problems we faced, you may want to take a second look at the forecast for your stay. Good experience otherwise, we were even delivered a care package to try and keep cool.

Beautiful house with great location. There were a few cleaning issues, but other than that it is a wonderful place!
We had a nice comfortable quiet 2 night stay at Gabe’s. Very nicely designed home. Large, spacious, very nice kitchen if you live to cook all your meals like we do. Comfortable beds, great to have access to the garage to park our vehicle. Very lovely neighborhood, everyone’s lawn is so beautifully cared for green lawns, lots of trees and birds & so lovely to see all the fireflies at night lighting up the night. We went on a walk around the neighborhood all the neighbors said hello & the neighbors passing by in their cars waved hi very friendly neighborhood.
Everything was great. Perfect for our bride and bridesmaids before a wedding.
