EVERYTHING was as expected, clean, spacious, private, & quiet. We enjoyed our stay...the only small things we needed were more TV's....there is only one in the whole airbnb. Also if u have alot of females like we did...I would definitely say to get more mirrors 🪞. There are only 2 mirrors in whole house. And they were...
Everything was smooth and easy, from check in to check out. Only slight negative was that there was a pretty bad smell when we ran the washer, something that I'm sure could easily be addressed.
WAS A NICE PLACE, ENDED UP ONLY HAVING 6 GUYS SO WE HAD PLENTY OF SPACE.
Very nice rental, 4 bedrooms, nice kitchen, 2 full baths and a common area. Host is very responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Free parking on the quiet street or in the church parking lot directly across from the house. Not sure if the listing description States it or not, but thos is a duplex. Very...

We definitely needed full body mirrors. One in the up stairs hallway would of bn great, so everyone could made use of it. But other than that...we had a great stay. .Would stay again.

Very respectful neighbors and several numerous places especially to hang out nearby
The place is large, situated in a back of a duplex. The backyard is blocked off from access with a couch blocking the back doors and a locked exterior gate. The place has a bunch of large rooms and two washrooms, all the furniture is new Wayfair purchases. The owner was kind, let us check out late, and communicative. My only knock is the mold stains on the drop ceiling and the funky smell throughout. Definitely worth the price for 6 people to stay in a decent area.

The place was very nice & spacious
John was very communicative. Place matched description and was comfortable for our group. Neighbourhood is nice with walkable restaurants/bars. Very close to downtown, easy trips in for the convention we were at.
Trip was a good fit for us
The house was exactly what my team needed for race weekend in Indianapolis. While we didn't spend much time there, it worked for us as far as beds and bathrooms. The host was extremely communicative. When one of my team members left something behind, they helped us get it back. I would stay again!
It was prefect for the weekend as we needed something last minute to sleep several families. Weird layout and rooms are far apart, but worked as we had an infant and loud teenagers. Rooms are very spacious. Within walking distance of lots of places. There were a few minor things that were wrong, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again (ex. Ants throughout the living room area, broken toilet paper holder, no hangers in the closets). We did message the owner to let them know about the ants, they were responsive and appreciated us letting them know of the issue. There were no ants upstairs! The house is kind of hard to find, as it is NOT the entire home. Theres no front door access. You have to enter a side down between the breezeway of the neighbor house. The address was not easy to see. We did get street parking, but there is no space in the alley behind the house to park.
Give better directions to people checking in… the address is hidden by overgrowth of plants. We checked in after dark and it felt like we were breaking in someplace.
