its a nice little place to stay, the kitchen is very pretty and the rooms are nice. The floors dont look to great but thats least of my worries, not that I have any though! the host was kind and reached out but not too much which I liked.
Clean spacious home, however outside of house does not match picture posted, no sidewalk and those high steps were very difficult to climb with my cane
Great location, an older remodeled place. The price point reflects the style. It was an effective trip for the family.
Homebase was great for the stay. We were in town for work, so getting in and out was easy. It was a bit hot when we arrived, but there was a heat wave in effect, so that is not on HomeBase. But possibly, for the future for issues like that would be great. We used the ceiling fans and lowered the AC, but it was still...

In the Bates Hendricks historic area, the Sunshine Cottage is convenient to everything that downtown Indianapolis has to offer as well as the trendy Fountain Square area, all within a 2-mile radius. It's perfectly situated between Downtown Indianapolis (2 mi), Fountain Square (1 mi), Garfield Park (1 mi), and the Indianapolis Int'l Airport (14 mi)!
There is parking available on the street in front of the cottage. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area as well.
Minimum stay depends on the check-in date. Pick one to see how many nights it requires.
Check in from 4:00 pm. Check out by 10:00 am.

We had issues with the code, once we figured it out we had no issues and the host very responsive in helping us. The pictures looked better than how it actually was, but for an AirBnB and the price it’s what you’d expect.

Had a great stay! We were in town for Girls USA volleyball National Championships. Location was ideal, about 5 min from convention center. Great neighborhood with coffee, food and ice cream walkable. Would stay again!
This was such a lovely house! It is on a quiet street with ample parking close to downtown. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed. Definitely recommend!
