This charming single-floor home accommodates up to 8 guests. The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a full/twin/trundle combo, perfect for children or additional guests. For extra sleeping space, the couch pulls out into a full-sized bed, providing plenty of flexibility for your group.
Living Spaces:
The bright and welcoming living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Indianapolis area. Whether you’re lounging with a movie on the TV, enjoying some friendly competition with board games, or just relaxing with your favorite playlist on the stereo system, you’ll feel right at home. For your convenience, the home includes modern amenities like a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker for your morning brew. There are 4 TVs in the house. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. They are Roku TVs enabling streaming of any capacity!
Outdoors:
Step outside, where you can unwind with a BBQ grill & patio furniture – a great spot for enjoying the outdoors. The house also features a private entrance, offering added privacy and ease of access.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Brownsburg. We had plans to visit several places in Central Indiana over the course of a long weekend, and found the home to be conveniently located to the places we wanted to go. The home itself was charming and clean, and easily fit our group of six people. We made dinner one evening there and the homeless will stocked with pots and pans and everything that we needed to cook that evening. But the town also has plenty of restaurant options available if that's what you're looking for. Communication from the host was good, and the entry instructions were extremely easy to follow. All in all, we we're very pleased with our stay and I would highly recommend this home.

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family. There were thoughtful details included that made it easier for those flying in (hair dryer, toiletries, laundry, etc). The neighborhood is safe, quiet and has access to an amazing walking/biking trail that goes on for miles. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay we were close to the racetrack were we were doing some consulting the host were very helpful for anything we needed
House is very clean. Neighborhood is very safe. I traveled with my family. Our stay was very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage. The place looked as picture; however, I was surprised on how big it was. It comfortably fit our family which included 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The bunk bed room was especially nice. My children loved the bunk beds and were so excited to see the children's books in that room. Homebase did a good job of providing you with everything you could possibly want for your stay. Extra towels in every room, laundry basket, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Etc. They also have a spacious backyard and a lovely porch area. Great buy for families.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we were relocating my nephew back to college. We rested well and felt relaxed and right at home and we will definitely have this location down as a favorite. You can’t go here 😊. Thank you all for being such good host.
