Parking was great! Just was very warming. They respond right away if you ever need assistance. I felt like I was home and the host had me feeling like I was family.
The neighborhood was great… quiet, safe, and easy to get around. We made daily trips to downtown and also went on several runs around the area, which was perfect. The house itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone in our group. The only suggestion I would make is a little more attention to detail with...

Everything was clean and easy to access. The host was very proactive and a great communicator. Neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again.
Set in a residential pocket just north of downtown, this location offers a balance of quiet surroundings and quick access to the city’s top spots. You’re minutes from Mass Ave’s restaurants and nightlife, local coffee shops, and everyday essentials, making it easy to step out for a meal or stay in and relax. Nearby parks and green spaces add a bit of breathing room, while downtown attractions, museums, and entertainment are all within a short drive.
Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are here and very easily accessible.

Additional: NO PARKING IN CHURCH PARKING LOT. THE CHURCH WILL HAVE ALL CARS TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. The lot is patrolled nightly. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: We are happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. There is an early check-in fee of $75, and a late checkout fee of $75. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out or on the same day as your arrival or departure, so we can only approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you! Check-Out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time :) House Rules: Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. Thank you. In the rare event of a lockout or for any other emergencies, please contact us via phone or text, we have a team devoted to being available 24/7 to help in any way we can throughout your stay.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. Great walkable trails close by and within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Lots of space inside the home and the owners were very flexible and great communicators!
We stayed here for the Final 4. Place was very clean. Good size rooms. John accommodated us with an early check-in which I greatly appreciated. He communicated very well. Responded quickly and checked to see if we needed anything. Great experience overall. Will definitely use again if I’m ever back in Indy!! Thanks!!

Fair price and a nice rental
The host was very attentive and welcoming. The home looked almost exactly like the pics, but bigger. The amenities were plenty.
we had a great time at John's place. We did have issues with the wifi being able to support a large group of people which led to me having to troubleshoot it throughout a lot of our stay. if you are hosting big groups, your wifi should be able to host big groups! the place was pretty clean. a little smaller than expected for hosting a large group, the layout of the house made it hard for a group of 14 to be in one room together comfortably. overall, not a bad place to stay if you're visiting the general indiana area. if you are planning to stay in the house to host a dinner or as a social gathering, it might feel a little cramped. overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
My first time renting a house and this was a winner! Owners were super repsonsive to questions. House was as described. Location was great for quick access to downtown Indy. House was a great space for the family! Making this a favorite in case we stay in the area again!
