The pool and hot tub were amazing. Large space. So close to everything you could want to do in Douglas/saugatuck area. The AC worked but the ventilation in some of the rooms was in and out, leaving a lot of our group hot at night. Small things like broken blinds, missing shelving in all the closets, broken hand towel...
Great location, walkable, safe, clean, responsive host, plenty of space.
Such a fabulous house and location. Pool was a great alternative on non beach days. Highly recommend.

The AC worked but the ventilation in some of the rooms was in and out, leaving a lot of our group hot at night. Small things like broken blinds, missing shelving in all the closets, broken hand towel holders, miss matched Tupperware, etc. we made it all work but was slightly frustrating for the price. The owner and communication with Bella Vista was top notch and they were so friendly and helpful! The location could not be better. Would definitely stay here again if there are some minor updates to the house itself. Side note; bunk bed room definitely meant for kids, not comfortable for any type of adults. Basement living room/area was awesome.
