We spent a pleasant month here. We found the kitchen, dining and living rooms quite spacious and comfortable. We were amazed at not only how well equipped the home was, but how well supplied also, from garbage bags to paper towels to coffee filters. The beds were comfortable, although we only used the third bedroom for exercise and meditation. The neighborhood was quiet and we found a walkable sidewalk a block away on Kenilworth. We had one issue with lighting and the response was immediate. Our only concern was the shower, which reminds one of a phone booth, however the bathtub/shower was a workable substitute. We would definitely rent again.

The Kenilworth neighborhood is such a welcoming residential community, and we felt right at home. Christy was a terrific host - very responsive and helpful in addressing questions as they came up. Would certainly recommend this rental for short or long term stays.

Our stay was very nice in this well decorated and comfortable home. Great neighborhood and conveniently located. Our host communicated to ensure we were comfortable. Nice backyard and front and back porches added to the relaxed vibe.
GREAT place. good location. friendly neighborhood. host is very proactive, the property itself is awesome. I feel like I have the need to disclose this since it may show up: the neighbors to the right of the property are a little peculiar. during my stay the AC unit on their property had an issue ( which they fixed right before I left- the host were on top of it!!). one of the request was they wanted to see guest have " more hospitality". Ashville is a nice place, but this request was a little left field, plus they are kinda antisocial with strangers. So, just wave at the neighbors every now and then. be polite, and treat this place like home.
We had a fantastic stay at Christy and Breianna’s place in Asheville. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, in a peaceful neighborhood. Christy and Breianna were excellent hosts, quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended!
