Very clean, had everything we needed. Convenient location. Others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs - both to get to the unit and to get to 2/3 of the bedrooms.
It was really a great propoerty. Clean and accurate listing. Nice area. The host uses a thrid party app that makes communication of information lunky and don't see the need to go outside the VRBO app...wouldn't hesitate to recomemend the property.
Great location! We were able to see and do all the tourist attractions. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Location was pretty close to convention center. Both host and property manager communicated greatly. Nice touch with the water bottles and snacks.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Both kids got their own bed which they loved. There are alot of stairs which was fine for us. Close distance to all the activities we wanted to do.
House is exactly as pictured and described, it’s just a short walk into downtown and restaurants and entertainment, and 10 minutes to Churchill Downs and U of L, was a 5 minute walk to the church for the wedding we attended, all good.
It was a wonderful stay, the home was clean and they were very responsive with concerns. Defense on a stay again list.
