John’s place was great! It looked just like the pictures, it was easy to get in and out, and there’s plenty of space for up to 3 guests. The only thing that I could critique were the mattresses. They’re thin and not the most comfortable. There were also no scissors in the home. Other than that, it was a great place...

You will have full private access to your side of the duplex. The left entrance is entirely yours throughout your stay.

My friends and I came for Gencon 2026. It was about 20 minutes from the convention (and our parking garage). Making the location very worthwhile as a group trip! Everything we needed was available at the airBnB. Cooking ware, towels, even soap! Excluding the dryer which was not working. However I’m sure this will be fixed for future patrons as the host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Overall I recommend this air BnB for future patrons.
All in all an excellent experience. The access to the front door was a little tough for my mom to get up. but second door made access easier. I would stay again if in Indy again.

We were there for my daughter’s 4 day tournament in Indianapolis Convention Center. The place was convenient to the convention center, about 20 minute drive. The host was very responsive. We had some issues but they were resolved quickly. It was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
This will be the only place I stay at when I visit Indianapolis!! It is a nice, cozy home and perfect for what my family needs. It is close to a lot of the necessities like restaurants, dollar tree, Kroger, and so much more. I absolutely love staying at this place. I hope every time I come back I will be able to get this location. Thank you John for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home.

We had a fantastic stay at Johns place! The home was sparkling clean, beautiful inside, incredibly comfortable, and in a great location. We were minutes from family which was great! The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. This will be our top choice when in town! Highly recommend!"
