David's home was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is great and there were plenty of restaurant and great places to eat and drink nearby. The beds were really comfortable. The house is well stocked and clean!

We had a great stay. The house is nicely furnished, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to a lot of restaurants and a beautiful walking path. I would definitely stay here again!
South Broad Ripple (SoBro) is home to amazing restaurants and bars including casual places like Half Liter BBQ, Bulldog Bar, Fat Dan's deli and Twenty Tap. Amazing breakfast like Good Morning Mamma's and Breadworks and weekend brunch at The Aristocrat. Fine Dining like Delicia, Mama Carolla's and unique dining like the Jazz Kitchen or Yat's cajun food. Dessert from the Flying cupcake or Lick Ice Cream. Or just a great local bar/grill at Binkley's. Plus all kinds of unique shopping experiences. All of these are < .5 mile from your door. The drive is only 10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Carmel, 25 minutes to the airport.
Great walkable neighborhood, park in driveway or take advantage of the street parking. Monon trail connects the entire city via a "rails to trails" path and is only a 4 minute walk. It is easy to catch an Uber/Lyft or just walk to all you need! Grocery store 3 minute walk away.

The Carrollton House is a very well updated charmer! The layout is just right for friend groups or a family, and has rooms opening onto one another. The kitchen is very large and modern, stocked well with all necessary items to cook up a storm if desired. Laundry is on main floor, & detergent is provided. There are three full bathrooms (2 up, 1 main) and 3 upstairs bedrooms. All windows have nice window blinds. There is even a Murphy Bed in den (can be separated by closing doors) on main floor which is a cool surprise. More beds than we needed for our family group! Decor is very stylish, too! Fenced backyard is well landscaped. Great experience and a lovely neighborhood vibe! Walkable to several restaurants. We would DEFINITELY rent this Vrbo again in the future! Host was very communicative and responded quickly. We were even sent new kitchen towels (didn’t request but very kind) and a nice fan via Amazon for the stay because weather was extra warm. A great home—highly recommend!

This house is clean and cute; a great location in Indy- very convent lots of things.
11/10 perfect. Somehow the house was even better than the photos. Clean, big, comfortable. David was quick to respond to messages. If we ever travel to Indy again, this will be the first place I look to stay.
House is in a great neighborhood and decorated really well. The kitchen is very capable and has everything most would need. The host was very responsive to our needs.
This home was a life saver for us as we had to find a spot u til our hardwoods were finished. The location was excellent and neighbour is a family area. We loved the home and size of it worked perfectly for us. David our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would stay here again or put our family here

This is in a great spot with easy access to the Monon, local shops, and some shopping. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for our family, comfy beds, and super clean. So thankful to have rented here.
David's place was perfect for us trying to stay within driving distance to Grand Park Sports Campus (30 min directly north) while wanting to be not in a hotel off the hotel and enjoy a neighborhood vibe. David's place in Broad Ripple is super clean in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants and local breweries nearby. David was quick to send some recommendations after we reached out. Highly recommend Good Morning Mama's nearby for breakfast/brunch.
Cute and Quaint had excellent amenities and a very well put together kitchen and bathrooms. Great place to stay and very convenient.
