The Edge of Glory was perfect for our family. The description and all amenities were all correct. We had an infant in our group and the playpen and gate worked out perfectly. It has a very steep drive and that added to the experience. The week we spent there gave us great memories.
Cabin needs maintenance and cleaning outside. Hot tub was ok but not super clean. Found lots of hair in the showers and dust everywhere,
The view was incredible and the cabin was very spacious!

Located in the scenic Wears Valley area, this cabin offers a quieter, more natural mountain experience compared to the busy parkway—perfect for guests seeking privacy and natural views. The area is known for beautiful mountain roads, wildlife sightings, and serene surroundings, while still being close enough to enjoy the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
A car is the easiest way to explore the area, as the cabin is located in the mountains and not within walking distance of shops or attractions. Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, though availability may be limited. The scenic drive itself is part of the experience, offering beautiful views on the way to nearby attractions. Please note that 4WD or traction control is recommended in the winter.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to suit a variety of group set-ups. The main level offers a king bedroom with a full bath, while upstairs features a queen bedroom, another full bathroom, and a loft area with two twin beds. Downstairs, the fun continues in the game room, complete with a pool table, multi-game arcade, and an additional full bathroom. Pull-out sofas throughout the cabin add flexibility for larger groups without feeling cramped.

The view was outstanding. Cabin was clean and as advertised. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough away to be peaceful. Kitchen was well enough equipped for meals. The drive up the mountain is challenging but definitely worth it. Thank you for a great stay.

Edge of glory … is the perfect name for this cabin. We had a great stay. Plenty of space for our family of 10. The views from the front decks are the best of any cabin I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not far from all local attractions in pigeon forge and gatlinburg. I highly recommend this cabin.
We had a great stay! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us! Home was clean and had everything ready for us. The view is amazing!!! Thanks so much, would definitely come back if we make another trip to Tennessee!
