The main home is a historic home that sits on the right if you are facing the house and it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are on the left side of the home and there is 1 bedroom closer to the kitchen. There is a living area in the middle of the home and a large dining room/sunroom over by the kitchen. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king bed, the room next to it has a queen bed, then down the hall the bedroom has a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and lastly, the bedroom closer to the living room/kitchen has a queen bed.

Great property for a family get together (80 th surprise bday party for an aunt based in Chattanooga, TN).Three separate units, with three separate entrances and kitchens all well stocked with the basics. Location is great with a nice view!Host was responsive to a minor issue we had with the stove.
Comfortable beds; fast internet.
He folks at River City were upfront about any issues currently at the house, so we knew what to expect, mostly. The house was fun, able to host a group of folks, and a firepit outside made for a relaxing environment. Different living spaces made it easy to have several families in the space, to be close, but separate.
The view was amazing.

Attached to the main home is the upstairs and downstairs newly renovated addition. The upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size beds. The kitchen and living room is an open space concept with lots of seating in the dining area and a large L shaped couch in the living room. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed.
The downstairs basement unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The couch turns into a queen size sofa bed.
Each unit has a kitchen fully stocked with plate-ware, glassware and cookware. There is a drip coffee machine in each kitchen and we provide a Folgers ground coffee.
Charcoal Grill: There is a charcoal grill right outside the glass sliding doors off the kitchen of the main house. You will need to bring your own charcoal, starter, and lighters.
Fire Pit: There is a fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. Please bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and firewood if you plan to use it!
Guests will have access to the entire main house and two apartments that are attached to the main house!

The view was amazing.
Place was clean, well supplied, and well maintained. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Beautiful property. Would be great if check-in and checkout times were extended a bit. 4:00 PM check in and 10:00 AM checkout made our plans rather tight for the large group we had. Otherwise, we had a very nice weekend.
This location was perfect for our family/friends. Plenty of room/bathrooms for a large group. I loved that there were large tables for us to eat together and play games. The space was so very clean and had everything we needed. The driveway getting in is a bit steep so be mindful of that if you plan a winter getaway and only have a rear-wheel drive. We all had 4x4 and front wheel drive cars and had no difficulty getting in and out. 10/10 recommend this getaway!

We rented all three connected units - main house and both apartments - for a family get together. Peaceful setting with great view of the mountains. The upstairs apartment had the most spacious area for eating and hanging out with a big group. Main house is a little dated, but maintained well. Great location!
