This home was extremely charming and quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a great vibe with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Shannon's home was a comfortable stay in a great location walkable to Cherokee Park and super restaurants along Bardstown Road. It's very close to the Louisville Airport but not so close that the airplanes create noise overhead. Also, loved the quaint neighborhood and the lovely homes and gardens. We will stay again...
The Highlands is a charming and ideally located neighborhood in Louisville. You can get anywhere in the city very quickly. Uber and Lyft are always readily available. Travel time: 10 minutes to downtown, NULU, Germantown, Bellarmine University, YUM Center, University of Louisville, St. Matthews, and Old Louisville. 15 minutes to the Airport, EXPO center, Churchill Downs, Prospect, Norton Commons, and Middletown.
The City has a bike share program called Louvello. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the day.

Shannon's home was just right for us while we had work done on our home. We have close friends just a few streets over, so this location was perfect.
This home is on one of the most beautiful streets in Louisville. Just sitting on the front porch is worth the price. But, the neighborhood lends itself to gorgeous walks by historic homes, and Cherokee Park is about a quarter mile away, full of trails for walking, jogging, mountain and road biking. It's 12-13 minutes from Downtown, and walkable to all the Bardstown restaurants. The house itself if comfortable, plenty of room, and has all that you need to enjoy the stay. Would stay here again!

Nestled in one of Louisville’s most beautiful and characterful neighborhoods, this house offers a wonderful place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay, the home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing while still being close to everything we wanted to do.
We loved our stay in Louisville! This home is centrally located for everything that we planned on doing- around the Derby and surrounding areas. Communication was amazing. We had trouble with the coffee machine and a new one arrived within a couple of hours with an offer to buy more pods. Everything was clean, neat and even had a “Talk Derby to Me” runner on the table with a vase and roses. Nice touch!! We would highly recommend this home and the gracious hosts! Thank you!

We were in Louisville for a family wedding and had 4 generations staying in the house - from 5 months to 92 years. Very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, coffee service and delightful front and back porches for multiple "hang out" locations. Appreciated how responsive they were for questions regarding handicapped accessibility, check in and check out instructions and special instructions regarding the neighborhood. Also loved the location - peaceful and easy walking to Cherokee park, but also walk to restaurants and activitities on Bardstown Road. Loved it! 5 star stay!
