Really enjoyed our stay! Great location…house was very clean and well appointed, backyard was a nice touch, would absolutely come back and stay again.
I had a wonderful time, the home had everything you need. And if you have little ones there is a park right out the backyard. There is plenty of room for a big family.
The Indy Retreat is located in the popular Butler-Tarkington, a convenient northside Indianapolis neighborhood just minutes from Butler University and Hinkle Fieldhouse. Broad Ripple, the Children’s Museum, Clowes Memorial Hall, downtown Indianapolis, shopping, dining, and some of the city’s best-known attractions are all within easy reach. A community playground and waterpark sit directly behind the property, adding an especially fun perk for families.
A vehicle is recommended for exploring Indianapolis, with many of the city’s most popular destinations just minutes away. Butler University, Hinkle Fieldhouse, and Clowes Memorial Hall are especially close, while Broad Ripple Village, the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and downtown Indianapolis are all within an easy drive.

This place was amazing and I would absolutely love to come back again! The hot tub was amazing and it was very easy to get everything in and out of the house with how close you could park to the door. Plenty of fans to keep cool as well. We will be back!
Was a great stay! Enjoyed the hot tub, gazebo, grill and outdoor area and the place is a great location for Butler walking and Broad Ripple restaurants and didn’t realize the waterpark that is right beside the backyard! Also enjoyed the coffee bar and we’re a little coffee-snobbish..lol. We’ll be back..:).
We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. We would happily stay here again!
