Very nice and clean! Great location.
Wonderful 2 night stay for my husband and I. Everything was walkable and we found parking on the street outside the unit always available. Unit is small, but clean and newly updated. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the boats go by. We had everything we could possibly want…even a washer and dryer!...
Perfect downtown location. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance.
I would definitely stay there again. The ONLY drawback, was that a King bed would make it an absolute 10 out of 10

Perfect location and amazing place. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We ended up having to leave after only one night due to the severe wildfire smoke, but would love to stay here again!
Do not hesitate if you are thinking of booking this place. This Airbnb was spotless, the bed and furniture were so comfy! We slept very well. You cannot beat the location! You could walk to everything is downtown Sagautuck! Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay!
The place when we walked in immediately exceeded our expectations. The view is amazing and we spent hours on the balcony every night. We have recommended this upper condo to friends and family and have plans to return late summer. Lovely condo, amazing views with the boats coming by and the wildlife were fun to watch. It does have air and we only used it one day. A nice breeze comes in off the river.
Fantastic quality unit and location. Host accommodated me last minute, which I appreciated. Wish the bed was a queen or king size for the price. Otherwise, 5 stars all around!
The location was perfect for us. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants, yet away from the crowds in summer. The view of the river each morning was delightful. The place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a four-night stay. The owners live right next door and were there to check on us if we needed anything. Definitely get the upstairs unit if you can. It has the better views!
