We stayed with my family of 8 for a wedding in Indy-very convenient to walk to the area for wedding and reception and welcome dinner! Easy to find, clean, spacious, enough rooms and beds -exactly as described. Note the daybed and twin trundle are in a more open walk through area with stairs to the upstairs bedroom so...

Lockerbie Square is Indianapolis’ oldest residential neighborhood and one of its most charming. Known for historic homes, cobblestone streets, and a distinctly local feel, the area offers a quieter residential setting just steps from the energy of downtown. One block away, Mass Ave delivers top restaurants, bars, galleries, and entertainment, making it easy to enjoy the best of the city while staying somewhere that feels calm, clean, established, and authentically Indy.
This location is extremely walkable, with restaurants and downtown attractions just minutes away on foot. Scooters from Bird and Lime are readily available throughout the area, and the Pacers Bikeshare program makes it easy to explore the city by bike. While many guests choose to walk, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are always nearby, and driving is simple if you plan to venture beyond downtown.

Additional: Before we book anyone, we like to share a few things! This is a duplex so we ask that you be respectful of the neighbors. We can’t have any parties or get-togethers, loud outside noises or any extra guests coming over at any point during the stay. Everyone needs to be registered as a guest in your reservation. Easy to find, clean, spacious, enough rooms and beds -exactly as described. Note the daybed and twin trundle are in a more open walk through area with stairs to the upstairs bedroom so not quite as private-fine for my two kids but just note it’s not a separate bedroom. I’d definitely recommend for a larger group! Cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants a short walk away.

This is a wonderful little place on the east side of downtown. We were in the city for business and the home comfortably was able to hold the four of us. We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Indy
This home is very nice inside. It is well maintained. It is close to downtown Indianapolis and Lucas Oil Stadium where we were attending a 3 day event in early August 2026. Communications with MJ who provided all details were perfect. This is how an Airbnb experience should work.
We were in Indianapolis for a film festival and the location was perfect and the space was very comfortable for four adult.
MJ was super accommodating for us. We had a large wedding group staying there and he let us check in early since we were all flying in at different times. Check out was extremely easy. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice. One bedroom with two twins is actually trundle beds in a room that you have to walk thru to get to the third floor. Not a problem for us but might be for someone else. Very clean, very pleasant. Good location in a gentrifying area. About a mile to Mass Ave, half mile or so to downtown
This place was fantastic and we felt right at home! MJ was always so communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!
