Great industrial type suite. Clean, close to everything .
This spot is PERFECT for a weekend in Saugatuck. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! I would suggest booking at the spa on site (I didn’t realize there was one in the building and didn’t book in time).
We would absolutely recommend Bella Vita and will certainly be back ourselves. It was our first time in Saugatuck so we didn’t know exactly what to expect. The location is fantastic! We bumped into our host when we arrived and she was super friendly! Our room had everything we need.
Room was easy to reserve and pay for. Directions were easy and we found our designated parking spot. We had a little trouble finding our room but a simple phone call had the very nice maintenance person explaining where we had to go. The room was super clean and welcoming. Our suite is on Butler Street in the heart of downtown Saugatuck. Explore independent shops and galleries, settle in for a meal at a nearby restaurant, or wander toward the Kalamazoo River. Douglas, Lake Michigan beaches, and the surrounding orchards and wineries add plenty of options for a day out. Please reach out to us for local recs!
Downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants are easy to explore on foot. We recommend a car for the beaches, Douglas, and the surrounding lakeshore. Private parking is available.

The only noticeable negative, which wasn’t a big deal, was the low water pressure/volume in the shower. Over all it was a great stay and we will go back.
Excellent location, walkable to everything, fun and active area. Staff communication was great. Unit just needs a deeper clean and some maintenance. Overall, great spot and would stay again.
Bella Vita was the perfect spot in Saugatuck! Just steps away from the cutest shops, downtown restaurants, and ice cream spots. It was perfect for a duo, super safe, walkable and spacious. The bed was SO comfy too! Definitely recommend!
We had a great time in Saugatuck. The space was clean, cozy and right next to all the action downtown.
This was the perfect place for our 2 day visit to saugatuck. we were right in the middle of all the action and yet, was totally quiet at night. Great coffee/breakfast right outside the door. And a comfy bed too!

Highly recommend! We wanted to stay in town so that we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. We were able to walk everywhere, and the beach was a short drive around the corner. Great restaurants and shopping right at your fingertips. Friendly staff, clean space. Great stay!
Cute small apartment type vibe, great location! Getting into place can be a little tricky but easy if you follow direction from host!
