it is a good place if you just plan on sleeping not staying here, we were there for the weekend at grand nationals 10 so we were racing most of the day, place is smaller than expected but it was nice, layout is slightly weird to what your used to but overall if you need somewhere to stay this is good
This Airbnb fit our needs for the month we stayed there. It was smaller than anticipated but still was comfortable. John was also very responsive; had a small hiccup with the lock the first day but John was quick to responding and got things sorted out speedily.

Please let us know so we can initiate an advance payment, thank you! Check-Out: Please do a thorough check for anything you might have forgotten: don’t forget to look under beds, under couches, etc. We’re happy to ship your items back to you, but do charge a $35.00 fee plus shipping/handling to return items. Please check out on time unless otherwise approved and late check out is paid for in advance as a courtesy to our cleaning team and our incoming guests. No need to notify us when you’ve left as long as you leave by your scheduled check out time :) House Rules: Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted. No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. The smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance! If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray. If the home has a dishwasher, please run whatever dishes were last used upon check out to help our cleaners get a head start. Thank you! Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are asking our guests to conserve toilet paper as much as possible. Our supply is very limited. Please consider other guests who are coming after you. John was very easy to work with and answered all questions timely.
Was such a cute place to stay, had a lot to do close, was very clean and well stocked. The porch was a great space to sit and relax. Will stay again. John communicated quickly and proactively, he was a great host.
We were a little surprised to find that the living room furniture didn’t match the online pictures, and the bathroom picture didn’t give an accurate impression of how small it was. A large person might have some difficulty in there, but we were able to make it work. John was very quick to respond to our questions and very appreciative of our feedback. For what is available in the New Castle area for overnight and short term rental accommodations, this property was fairly priced, especially for access to the downtown neighborhood.
Very nice place. So convenient for all my plans around my high school reunion. Was nostalgic to be in the middle of my hometown and remember all the good memories. Host communication was excellent. Super responsive. I’d definitely recommend this VRBO!
