Although we had a couple of issues, the air conditioning unit broke before we got there. They were proactive and found a fix and were very responsive. The home was clean. The location was great. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend it.
We really enjoyed this home! There was tons of space and everything was nicely appointed. Side note: Taco Mamacitas nearby was excellent! ☺️

Oliver’s Landing is in Chattanooga’s North Shore, close to Frazier Ave's restaurants and shops and the riverfront at Coolidge Park. Enjoy a neighborhood base for exploring the city, with grocery stores nearby and downtown attractions across the Tennessee River.

Home Layout
The front door opens into a living room with a large smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Beyond it is the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and some bakeware are provided for meals at home. A screened porch off the dining area offers outdoor seating for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Across from the kitchen are the laundry area, a half bathroom, and stairs to the downstairs game room and second living room. This converted garage space has a shuffleboard table and a large sectional with a sleeper sofa for one.
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has an updated private bathroom. Down the hall are another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed with a twin loft above it.
Family-Friendly Details
A booster seat, baby gate, Pack ’n Play, and card and board games are provided. A child-size folding bed is stored in the upstairs primary bedroom closet. The downstairs living and game room offers another place for the family to spend time together.
Nearby Shops & Dining
Frazier Avenue is about a 10-minute walk from the home, with restaurants, shopping, and access to the North Shore riverfront. Publix and Whole Foods are very close by for groceries.
Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay.

It’s been the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and at a great location. We loved the downstairs living room and appreciated the shuffleboard!

My husband and two teenage children had the best start this house. I’m from Chattanooga and we came home to visit family for spring break and needed our own fun space. This house was absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed and the location is excellent. We will definitely be back!
Very convenient to places in the North Shore, plenty of space for our family
Stayed in this house with 2 couples and 3 young children. Great space, well designed and decorated. A lot of personal touches. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookware and a beginning set of disposables. The house is walkable to Coolidge Park and surrounding stores and restaurants, though the hill is quite steep on the way back! Had a nice playground right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!
